1. General Terms and Acceptance

Welcome to the regol33 platform. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and regol33 ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, accessing or using any service provided by regol33, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this Agreement.

This Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the legal framework governing the use of the regol33 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the regol33 platform after any amendments to these terms are published will be considered full acceptance of those changes.

To use regol33 services, you are required to register a valid account. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all such accounts being terminated without compensation.

During registration, you agree to:

• Update your account information whenever your personal details change.
• Keep your account password confidential and not share it with any other party.
• Notify regol33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not represent yourself as another person or use a false identity under any circumstances.

regol33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to comply with such verification requests may result in restrictions being placed on the relevant account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

regol33 supports a range of secure and approved payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and conditions.

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method selected and internal security review.

• DuitNow — instant fund transfer via mobile number or identity card number.

All deposits made must originate from an account or wallet registered in the user's own name. regol33 does not accept payments from third parties. Any attempt to conduct a transaction using another person's account will result in the funds being returned and the relevant account may be suspended.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms Important

regol33 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• Wagering requirement: the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100, receive RM100 bonus, account balance RM200. Wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Second example: Deposit RM2,200, receive RM1,000 bonus, account balance RM3,200. Wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

Weekly VIP Cashback Programme:

• Bronze tier — weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver tier — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold tier — weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
• Platinum tier — weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier upgrades are based on gaming activity and consistent participation on the platform. Bonus offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated. regol33 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

5. Permitted User Conduct

By using the regol33 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that contradicts these terms.

The following are strictly prohibited on the regol33 platform:

• Use of any bot software, automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts to hack, attack or disrupt the technical operations of the platform.
• Use of illegally obtained funds or involvement in money laundering activities.
• Fraudulent use of the payment system or use of stolen or unauthorised payment cards.
• Distributing harmful, threatening or offensive content through the platform.

regol33 uses continuous monitoring systems to detect suspicious behaviour. Any activity suspected of breaching these terms will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

regol33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for reasonable causes including, but not limited to, violation of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or at the user's own request.

Account Closure at User's Request:

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining funds in the account will be returned to the user once the security review is completed.

Closure by regol33:

In cases of suspension or termination due to a breach of terms, regol33 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is ongoing. If the breach is confirmed, funds obtained through activities that violate the terms may be forfeited.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the international licence under the jurisdiction in which regol33 is registered. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute is notified.

If good-faith negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
